Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca, Palma Nova (Mallorca)

The hotel was wonderfully close to the beach, offering easy access to shops and bars. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the lack of proper setup for the booked occupancy and the noise from above were drawbacks. The service, though with some noisy bottling activities in the morning, was generally welcoming, with exceptionally friendly staff at the restaurant. The location was perfect for beach lovers and day trippers, being near to attractions and transportation. Dining options were varied, although fresh juice and coffee were not up to expectations. Value for money was reasonable.

The hotel overlooks both a building site, which can be noisy during the day but also offers views of the pool and Palma Nova bay. The rooms are spacious, a bonus for families with babies, but some overlook the main road.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, spacious and modern, offered a clean atmosphere, but the smell of bacon and the noise from the extraction fan were a downside. The location was fantastic with beautiful views, but the stained sunbed covers were off-putting. The service was friendly, although one waiter lacked a smile. The dining experience was satisfactory overall, but lacked variety on some evenings.
